Excellent five star service. Loved this traditional hotel in the centre of Bologna. It was just so convenient to see the historical centre of the city. The room we chose was just right, a junior suite with every facility we needed with space to store things, a large comfortable bed, tastefully decorated. Management handled our needs very well and spoke fluent English. They were helpful in every way from suggesting local restaurants or places of interest or arranging transportation. The breakfast was good quality continental standard and excellent coffee served with a personal touch. We highly recommend this establishment and rounded off our trip to Bologna, itself a city full of character.
