The Hotel opened in April 2004 after a complete and accurate restoration based on the old Hotel Apollo. Albergo delle Drapperie is set in a building that has been used since 1800 as a traditional guest house. The restyling recreates the charm of the old Apollo Hotel whilst offering the comfort and efficiency of modern times. Albergo delle Drapperie is placed in the heart of Bologna, in a little street which is part of the Quadrilatero, - the oldest part of the city, it’s the area of typical little market shops, a must-see for all tourists, as well as the ancient commercial district which has served generations of inhabitants. Not more than one hundred metres from here you can find Piazza Maggiore, the Due Torri, theatres and museums: everything that a demanding tourist can look for.
